Curriculum Vitae Dr. Götz-Sebastian Hök Dr. Götz-Sebastian Hök is a lawyer situated and registered in Berlin. He is a FIDIC listed adjudicator (FIDIC Presidents List) and an arbitrator. He is also the responsible for the German FIDIC training and an accredited FIDIC trainer. He has translated all major FIDIC forms of contract into German and French. Dr. Hök has defended the interests of employers, contractors and consultant engineers as to overseas projects in Algeria, Angola, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Cameroon, Chile, France, Ghana, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Germany and he drafted a considerable number of international contracts and subcontracts. He has also been a friendly reviewer of the FIDIC Gold Book (2008) and the FIDIC Subcontract form (2009). Dr. Sebastian Hök is the author of the Handbuch des internationalen und ausländischen Baurechts and several FIDIC related books published by the German Association of Consulting Engineers, VBI. Again he has published several articles at the International Construction Law Review. He is also a lecturer at Berlin University of applied sciences on international construction contract management and at Leuphana University Lüneburg on international construction law.
